The Beurvegan

Vegane de Bretagne invites you to try its 100% vegetable Beurvegan in Nantes. Produced in a traditional way in France, with ingredients from organic farming, this 100% natural product will add a nice touch to your sandwiches and recipes. Vegane de Bretagne uses deodorised coconut oil, olive oil, natural rapeseed oil and grey Guérande salt to make its Beurvegan demi-sel. Vegan pastry lovers particularly appreciate it: with a texture similar to Breton butter, it allows you to succeed in traditional and modern recipes.

The Caramel

The Vegan Caramel is made from Salted Beurvegan, a 100% plant-based speciality of Vegane de Betagne. Made with unrefined fair trade sugar and soya cream grown in France, it also contains a little wheat glucose syrup so that it does not crystallise, but remains gluten free. Very creamy, our Caramel can be kept for 1 year even after opening.

The  Vegan Lemon Curd

Our lemon cream is a tangy and creamy cream. It will find its place on pancakes or shortbread to give you the taste of the Tarte au Citron. Our Lemon Cream is made with pure organic lemon juice from French grown soy beverage and pure lemon juice. It can be kept at room temperature before opening for 8 months and for 3 weeks after opening in a cool place.

The Chocolate spread

A discreetly crunchy spread thanks to the caramelised almonds it contains. This vegan chocolate spread will make you melt. The cashew nut softens the taste of pure cocoa and will be appreciated by young and old alike.

When chilled, it hardens thanks to the coconut oil and contains actually more nuts than sugar. Made with quality raw materials which are certified organic and fair trade like its non fat cocoa and cashew nuts, it is best kept at room temperature.

Pound Cake breton

The Pound Cake Breton is wrapped in a transparent wood pulp film with a label made of recycled paper. Our pound cake weighs 320g and goes exceptionally well with lemon cream. The packaging and the natural paper tray are fully biodegradable and compostable. Made with quality and certified organic raw materials such as the flour, which comes from an organic flour mill located in Loire-Atlantique, the Beurvegan (a speciality of Vegane de Bretagne) and the unrefined sugar from fair trade. Its recommended shelf life is 8 weeks.

The Kouign-amann

A Breton culinary speciality par excellence, Kouign-amann is a cake made mainly of butter. By translating its name, everything takes its meaning: in Breton kouign means "cake" and amann means "butter".

Vegane de bretagne invites you to come and taste its vegan version in our premises in Nantes during the opening events published on our instagram page @vegane_de_bretagne. Being a very fragile pastry, it can only be eaten 2 days after it is made.
